Origin. Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Special customer shipping requirement as air shipment, ocean transport and/or special land carrier will require the customer to provide Des Pac with their shippers account number and written instructions. Shipping schedules are approximates only and are as accurate as present conditions permit. Des Pac assumes no responsibility or liability for failure or delay in making delivery when such failure is due to any cause beyond its control and without its fault and negligence. Delivery to a common carrier shall constitute delivery to buyer and all risk of loss or damage in transit shall be borne by the buyer .Upon receipt of product the customer is responsible for inspection of the goods and notification of any damage to the carrier and recording of the damage on the shipper’s freight bill and bills of lading and filing all freight damage claims with the carrier. Outside shipping companies do not retain, share or personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond the delivery of your order. Return, Cancellations & Refunds: All claims must be made within 30 days of shipping. Accepted custom case orders cannot be cancelled. Special order items (i.e. custom fabricated cases) or modified items are non-refundable. Orders for non-custom and/or stock items may be cancelled and will have a 50% restocking fee applied unless the return is warranty related or because of a Des Pac error.  Any item returned must have a Des Pac RMA number and returned in their original packaging, all returns are subject to inspection as to their resalable condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges. Items returned freight collect and or without RMA will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued after inspection of goods and proof of purchase.
